Delivery Policy:
Upon order placement, services will be delivered based on the agreed contract conditions. The nature of services, prompt fulfillment of obligations, and purchase date impact delivery speed. Services are considered effectively supplied upon completion.
In case of contract cancellation before service delivery, the terms decide the entitlement to a full, partial, or no return.
Payment Policy:
For monthly service packages, clients must pay the full amount before work starts. Fixed-quote services require 50% upfront, with the remaining 50% due within 7 days of service commencement.
Invoicing occurs monthly in advance. Failure to pay a monthly invoice on time allows DesignXide to terminate services immediately without prior notice.
Additional work requested post-service commencement will be invoiced separately.
DesignXide may review and increase hourly fees annually, with client termination options.
Refunds Policy:
DesignXide ensures 100% satisfaction with a free Revision Policy. Duplicate charges, unfulfilled special requirements, or dissatisfaction allow a full refund.
Refund requests within 5 days of initial design completion are eligible based on the following:
- Before Initial concept delivery: Full Refund (less 10% service & processing fee)
- Within 48 hours: 66% refund (less 10% service & processing fee)
- Between 48-120 hours: 33% refund (less 10% service & processing fee)
No refunds after 120 hours of initial design delivery.
Email & Mobile Phone Policy:
Consent and Usage: Providing an email and/or mobile number implies consent to receive DesignXide communications.
Carrier Charges: Standard rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
Stop & Unsubscribe: To stop emails, click "unsubscribe" in received emails. For mobile, reply "STOP" to SMS.
Frequency: Communication frequency will be reasonable, with exceptions for urgent notifications.
Security: Information is confidential and won't be shared without explicit consent.
Changes: DesignXide reserves the right to modify this policy. Changes will be posted on the website.
